Hey,
We have moved into a new property with a thermia atria and now that the weather is getting colder we would like to provide more heat to the house. How do we do this? Here are the current settings.
Simply adjusting the room temperature doesn't affect anything, ie no additional heat is provided
I have contacted a technician but they can't come until next week.
Thanks

At the moment your heat stop is 17C, and you have 17C outdoor.
So the pump wont produce any heat.
Increase the heat stop above the outside temperature if you want it to start heating.

Hopefully its already calibrated ok.
Set the demanded room temperature to 20C and see if its good enough.
If you need to adjust anything usually this is enough:
If it gets too hot inside when its getting cold outside the "curve" should be decreased.
If it feels cold inside when it is around 0°C outside (common issue) you can increase "Curve +5" "Curve 0" and "Curve -5" a few degrees to increase the temperature inside just around 0°C
Any change should be given several days to stabalize before you evaluate the result.

We had heat to the radiators recently but then it stopped.
We can't seem to get heat from the radiators. Is there a manual way to trigger heat?
We have the room set point at 25
The curve at 40
Heat stop 20

But its the same "issue" as before.
You have the heat stop set to 20°C and the temperature-reading outside is 24°C.
Questions:
1) Where is your outside temperature sensor located? 24°C is a bit high for late october?
Was it that warm outside or do you have a ngenic (seperate room thermostat that controls the heat pump by adjusting the outside temperature) or something like that connected?
2) How warm is it inside the house when you took the last photo?

Thank you for the reply !O [old rusty] skrev:But its the same "issue" as before.

Ah yes it is the same problem as before, good spot.
It is not 24, it is 16 currently outside. I would need to work out where the outside temperature sensor is located
We have underfloor heating in our bathrooms, with thermostats that look like the pictures attached
Then you have an issue with your outside sensor.
Likely issues is: broken sensor, sun shines on it or you have something connected that overide the heatpumps sensor (Google ngenic control box and look around the heat pump for one)

Thanks. We have an engineer coming on Thursday. Is there a way, through the settings, to get some heat to the radiators in the meantime?O [old rusty] skrev:
Since the heatpump thinks it 24C outside the only way I can come up with now is to increase the heat stop to 30C and the Min value of the temperture to the house to something around 30C.
Thats how I keep the basement warm during the summer..
