Locking a metal window frame

Hej,

Looking for suggestions for a restrictor or lock on a metal framed window? We have a stone window sill that goes out maybe 15cm from window which I’d like to avoid drilling into. Same with the metal window frame if possible. It needs to be strong enough that a child can’t pull it open but not theif-proof.

Maybe a handle with a lock.
There is also certified childproofing equipment that can be added to the window.
