I am planning on purchasing a property in Yngsjo (close to Kristianstad), and first wanted to get a general idea of what total cost to expect. I am looking for a house between 80-90m2. We would likely end up with something "middle of the road" quality wise and in regards to roofing/flooring/heating/insulation.
We would be looking to purchase a preplanned house and would be making minimal (if any) changes. Electricity and water are already available at the lot.
Does anyone have any recent experience as to what something like this would cost?
