Hello, sorry for using english, but I will try to explain the situation and hope to get answers on the forum.
The house is from 1969, two stories, with concrete floor and crawling space (krypgrund)
We have water born radiators in the house and the floor is normally cold during the winters.
There is no insulation either from crawling space or under the wooden floor panels in the house.
What will be the best way to insulate the floor?
Shall I put insulation from crawling space to the floor or have it under the wooden floor panels inside the house?
What would be the ideal insulation material in each case?
Thank you.
