Ye, i work with it!
Use a diamond blade connected with water, u could do it dry as well juste makes it harder and increase the risk of geting cracks, also it will b3 hard to get a nice finish inside w/o water! What's the name of the quartz??
Also for the inside I would go with these set up of grids
60/120 - 200- 400(honed) 600-800-1500-4000 for polished.
And what is the radius inside the sinks corners? Often 10, if so try too drill'em be for u start with the blade, also if the sink is 500x400 I would make the cut out 496x396.
Should also try too cut all the way at once, otherwise u will probably get a lot of cut marks = u need to grind more with 120 grid!
