Hi. I am doing some renovating in the cellar and I wanted to change the insulation around the pipes - but I am worried this might be asbestos. Can anyone tell from this photo?
(Swedish answer is fine )

Nej, det ser inte ut som asbest. Asbest hittar du främst i böjar och ändar av isoleringen.

As written by @Härryda2015, check the corners.

My insulation looks exactly the same, but in the corners I have asbestos (sent material for analysis in lab).

Normally, the way to remove this is to cut the pipe and bring it outside without removing the insulation inside the house....if you cant do that, i would leave it as is.
