How do I fix this ?
So I had my balcony door's lock broken off due to wind. I called someone to have it fixed. They fixed the lock by screwing it back in place, but the wood around that fix is still a bit splintered.
Is there any way I can fix the wooden parts by myself. I have never done anything like this before and I am new in Gothenburg.

Remove splinters, use a suitable filler for the gaps, paint it.
